Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
This page explains what personal information Sitely holds, why, and what you can do about it.
1. Who is responsible
Sitely is a service of Shakil Inc, a sole proprietorship owned by Shahzeb Shakil, at 10, Al Hussaini Building, Faiz Muhammad Fateh Ali Road, Karachi, Pakistan. You can reach us at support@sitely.cloud.
2. Two kinds of information
Information about you as our customer or visitor: for example your name, your email address and your company. For this information we decide how it is used, and this policy describes it.
Information that you and your people enter in your workspace: for example your employees, suppliers, customers, orders and accounts. This belongs to you. We store and process it only on your instructions, to run Sitely for you. You are responsible for having the right to enter it.
3. What we collect about you
When you start a trial or subscribe: your name, work email, company name, country, phone number if you give it, and the answers on the sign-up form.
When you pay: Paddle, our reseller, collects your payment details. We never see your card number. Paddle tells us what you bought, the amount, your country and whether the payment succeeded.
When you write to us: your messages and our replies.
When you use the site and your workspace: technical records such as the date and time, your IP address and the pages requested. We keep these to run the service securely and to find faults.
4. Why we use it
To create and run your workspace, and to give you support.
To send you messages about your account: that the workspace is ready, that a trial is ending, that a payment failed, or that these terms change.
To keep our own accounts and meet our legal duties.
To keep Sitely secure and to stop misuse.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the contents of your workspace for advertising.
5. Who else handles it
Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, for orders, payments, taxes and receipts.
Contabo, our hosting provider, which runs the servers that Sitely is stored on. The servers are in the European Union.
Hostinger, our email provider, for the messages we send you and the messages you send us.
Each of them may only use the information to do that job for us. We also disclose information when the law requires it.
6. Where it is kept
Sitely is stored on servers in the European Union. If you are somewhere else, your information is transferred to and kept in the European Union.
7. How long we keep it
Your workspace is kept for as long as your trial or subscription runs, and for 30 days after it ends. After that we may delete it. A backup is kept for 30 days and then deleted, so the last copy of a deleted workspace is gone 30 days later.
Records of your orders and payments are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Messages between you and us are kept for as long as you are a customer, and for 12 months afterwards.
8. How we protect it
Every customer has a separate database. One customer's people cannot sign in to another customer's workspace.
All pages are served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Only the people who need it to run Sitely or to support you can reach the servers.
We take regular backups.
No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will tell you without delay.
9. Cookies
Sitely uses the cookies that are needed for the site and your workspace to work: for example to keep you signed in and to remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies.
10. Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@sitely.cloud. We will answer within 30 days.
If you are a person whose details were entered into a customer's workspace, for example as an employee or a supplier, please ask that company first. It decides what is kept there. We will help it answer you.
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
11. Children
Sitely is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will publish the new version on this page with its date, and tell customers by email when a change matters.
