Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between Sitely and the company or person who opens a workspace. Please read them. They are written to be understood.
1. Who we are
Sitely is a service of Shakil Inc, a sole proprietorship at 10, Al Hussaini Building, Faiz Muhammad Fateh Ali Road, Karachi, Pakistan. In these terms "Sitely", "we" and "us" mean Shakil Inc. "You" means the company or person who opens a workspace.
2. What Sitely is
Sitely is online software for construction companies. It covers sites, materials, purchasing, accounting, project profit, payroll and tasks.
Each customer gets a private workspace at its own address, for example yourcompany.sitely.cloud.
The name Sitely and its logo belong to Shakil Inc. While your trial or subscription runs, you may use Sitely for your company's own work.
3. Your workspace and your people
You decide who can sign in to your workspace and what each person may do there. You are responsible for what they do in it, and for keeping passwords private.
Tell us at once if you think someone has entered your workspace without your permission.
You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to act for your company.
4. The free trial
You can use Sitely free for 15 days with up to 8 people. No card is needed.
You start a trial from your Sitely account. Each person and email address gets one free trial; another workspace after that is paid from its first day.
When the trial ends, the workspace is closed until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted at that moment.
If you do not subscribe within 30 days after the trial ends, we may delete the workspace and everything in it.
5. Subscriptions and prices
The price is the one shown on the pricing page of sitely.cloud on the day you pay: a base price that covers up to 8 people, and a price for each extra person.
You can pay every month, every 3 months, every year or every 2 years. A subscription renews by itself for the same period until you cancel.
You change your plan on your workspace's page on sitely.cloud. People you add are charged when you add them, for the days left until your next payment, at the price of the period you pay for; the day you add them counts as a whole day. Fewer people, or another payment period, start with your next payment. Nothing you have already paid for is credited or refunded when you change your plan.
You may set up more people than your plan covers. Everyone in the workspace then sees a reminder, and you pay for them on your workspace's page. If they are not paid for within 15 days, the workspace is closed until they are paid for or switched off.
We may change our prices. A new price applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you by email at least 30 days before.
6. Implementation help
You can buy a package of hours with our team. The hours are used in sessions that we arrange together.
Hours are valid for 3 months from the day you pay. Hours not used by then expire.
A package is a number of hours. It is not a promise of a particular result.
7. Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paddle adds the taxes that apply in your country and sends you the receipt.
8. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time: switch off automatic renewal on your workspace's page on sitely.cloud, use the link in your Paddle receipt, or write to us.
After you cancel, no further payment is taken. Your workspace stays open until the end of the period you have paid for, and is then closed.
We keep a closed workspace for 30 days in case you come back. After that we may delete it.
9. Refunds
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
10. Your data
Everything you and your people enter in your workspace belongs to you. We use it only to run Sitely for you.
We keep it confidential. Nobody at Sitely signs in to your workspace unless you invite us.
While your workspace exists, you can ask for a copy of your data and we will give it to you in a common format.
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Fair use
You agree not to use Sitely to break the law, not to try to enter another customer's workspace, not to overload or probe our systems, not to upload harmful code, and not to resell Sitely without our written agreement.
We may pause a workspace that puts the service or other customers at risk. If we do, we will tell you why.
12. Availability and changes
We work to keep Sitely available at all times, but we do not promise that it will never be interrupted. We may take it offline for a short time for maintenance.
We keep improving Sitely, so screens and features can change.
We take regular backups of every workspace.
13. Support
We answer support requests from Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00 Pakistan time. Write to [email protected].
Nobody at Sitely signs in to your workspace. If you would like our help inside it, invite us: create a user for [email protected] and switch it off when we are done. That user does not count as one of your people.
You can ask us to start your workspace again from a clean copy, free of charge. Write to us from the email address that pays for your plan. Everything in the workspace is deleted, so keep a copy of anything you need first; that copy is yours to make. The workspace keeps its address, the number of people you pay for and the period you have paid for.
The technical set-up of a workspace, such as a new report layout or an automatic action, is changed by us, on your request.
14. Our responsibility
Sitely is a tool. You remain responsible for your business decisions, your accounts, your tax returns and the correctness of what you enter.
As far as the law allows: Sitely is provided as it is; we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business; and our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in those 12 months.
Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
15. Ending the agreement
You can end the agreement at any time by cancelling.
We may end it if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if a payment fails and is not put right.
If we ever stop offering Sitely altogether, we will give you at least 90 days' notice, a copy of your data, and a refund for any time you have paid for that falls after the closing date.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page and tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies. If you keep using Sitely after that date, the new terms apply to you.
17. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are heard by the courts of Karachi. This does not take away any right that the law of your own country gives you as a consumer.
