Refund Policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026
You can use Sitely free for 15 days, without a card, before you pay anything. This page explains what happens with money once you do pay.
1. Who handles payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and it handles payments and refunds.
2. 14 days to change your mind
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment, for any reason, renewals included. Paddle reviews each request under its Refund Policy.
For implementation help, only the hours you have not used are refunded. We keep a record of each session, and your workspace's page shows the hours left.
After a refund, what that payment paid for ends. If it paid for your plan, the workspace closes.
3. Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time. No further payment is taken, and your workspace stays open until the end of the period you have paid for.
After those 14 days, a period that has started is not refunded, unless section 5 applies. You can try Sitely free for 15 days first, and the longer plans already carry a discount.
When you change your plan, nothing you have already paid for is credited. People you add are charged by the day until your next payment, and other changes start with your next payment.
4. Implementation help
After those 14 days, a package is not refunded, unless section 5 applies.
5. When we always refund
If you were charged twice, or charged by mistake, we refund the wrong payment in full.
If the law where you live gives you more rights than this page, those rights apply.
6. How to ask
Use the link in your Paddle receipt, go to paddle.net, or write to us at [email protected] with the email address you paid with.
An approved refund goes back to the way you paid. It normally arrives within 14 days.
